About Me
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UMass Lowell (2012) and a master’s degree in Counseling from Salem State University (2015).
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with clients of all ages and backgrounds. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and collaborative space where clients feel truly heard and empowered to grow.
Outside of my work, I enjoy spending time with my family, being outdoors—whether hiking, biking, or kayaking—playing with my dog, and volunteering with local charities. These experiences keep me grounded and remind me of the importance of balance, connection, and community.
